RETURN POLICY

Physical Products (Self-Defense Tools & Accessories)

We accept returns and exchanges on undamaged physical products, including stun guns, pepper spray, and other self-defense tools, under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Apparel (shirts, hoodies, etc.)

  • Notebooks and journals

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@foxydefensepro.com with your order number. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or process an exchange.

Warranty Claims

If you receive a defective product covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at no cost. If a repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a full refund. We will cover the shipping costs for repaired or replaced items, but customers are responsible for return shipping.

Digital Products (E-books, Online Courses, Webinars)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant access to content. This includes:

• E-books

• Online courses

• Downloadable resources

• Webinars and replays

If you experience technical issues accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us at info@foxydefensepro.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Event Tickets (Workshops, Classes, Brunch)

• All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• Case-by-Case Consideration: If an unforeseen emergency prevents you from attending, you may request an exception by contacting us at info@foxydefensepro.com. Requests will be reviewed individually.

• Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance with the new attendee’s name and contact information.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and products provided by Foxy Defense and Protection LLC and Demetra Bradley are protected under Intellectual Property Rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, and service marks.
You may not sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works of any content or products without explicit written permission.
